What engines are available for the 2022 Wrangler?
Five engine options are available for the 2022 Wrangler, and no matter what one you go with, you’re Wrangler will be both powerful and fuel-efficient. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter V6 that delivers a solid 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque which you can pair with either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. The first option is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that pumps out 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque which exclusively gets the eight-speed automatic transmission. Those looking for some diesel power should be suitably impressed with the diesel-powered and turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 that gets you 260 horsepower and a spectacular 442 lb-ft of torque. Four-door versions of the Jeep Wrangler have the option of a 6.4-liter V8 available for the Rubicon, and it gets you 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Finally, we should discuss the plug-in hybrid, the 4xe, which takes the turbocharged four-cylinder and adds hybrid elements such as two electric motors to get you 375 horsepower 470 lb-ft of torque.
What features can I get with the 2022 Wrangler?

There is also a sub-trim for the Rubicon, the 392, which comes with high-performance electronic brakes, a 2-inch suspension lift, and Fox shock absorbers.
Is the Wrangler a safe vehicle?

Standard is a Blind-Spot Monitoring System with Rear-Cross Path Detection, which will monitor the areas beside and behind the Wrangler so you can see the objects behind you and make safer lane changes.
