How Long Is My Membership?
The membership and maintenance benefits vary depending on the vehicle’s model year; for the model year 2016-2020, for vehicles sold at any time, a 2-year (24-month) membership is granted, including maintenance benefits covering four oil changes and four tire rotations. Vehicles that are 2021 and newer, sold before July 17, 2023, enjoy a 3-year (36-month) membership with maintenance perks for three oil changes and tire rotations. For vehicles 2021 and newer sold on or after July 17, 2023, a 2-year (24-month) membership is provided, accompanied by maintenance benefits for two oil changes and two tire rotations.
When Does My Membership Begin and How Can I Buy In?
If you own a Jeep Brand vehicle from the 2015 model year or a more recent one and haven’t yet joined the Jeep Wave program, you can quickly sign up for it. Just head over to the Jeep Wave page in the Care section of your owner account, or you can drop by your local dealer to enroll for a small fee. If you’re getting the Jeep Wave membership as part of your eligible vehicle purchase, your membership kicks in from the vehicle’s in-service date. For those who buy Jeep Wave separately, your membership will begin on the day you purchase the membership.
What Maintenace Services are Available With Jeep Wave?
For the initial 24 months of owning your vehicle, we’ve got you covered with your first two oil changes and tire rotations. What Kind of Vehicle Protection Can I Get?
You get great benefits throughout the 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty period. You can enjoy a vehicle rental at no charge on the same day for regular maintenance, and there’s also trip interruption coverage that provides up to $1,000 per incident. This covers you and your family with things like lodging, meals, and emergency transportation (like taxis, buses, or flights) if your vehicle breaks down due to a covered failure under this Plan or the factory warranty, and you’re more than 100 miles away from your registered address. Don’t forget you must include receipts for lodging, meals, and emergency transportation along with a copy of your repair bill. Send those to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007-2700. The great news is there’s no limit to the number of events that can be covered – so you’re well taken care of.
