The Sport trim kicks off the Jeep Gladiator lineup. This entry-level trim features a removable roof, removable doors, and a fold-down windshield, a design inspired by the Wrangler, with a five-foot truck bed on the back. The Sport trim also offers standard Command-Trac 4×4 for superior traction on all road conditions. Other standard features include 17-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry/ignition, a 7-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8-speaker sound system, and a new air filtration system.

The Overland trim takes all the standard features from the Sport trim and several additions to allow you to get even more from your Gladiator. This includes black side steps for easy ingress and egress for all passengers and 18-inch alloy wheels. Other standard features include automatic headlights, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, navigation, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and Alpine premium audio with nine speakers.

The Rubicon trim made a name for itself in the Wrangler lineup and has been adopted to the Gladiator lineup. The Gladiator Rubicon comes with all the standard equipment you need to take on the most challenging terrain you can think of. First, it comes with 33-inch all-terrain tires for maximum grip, supporting the famed Rock-Trac 4×4 system. The Rubicon also comes with an electronically disconnecting front sway bar, allowing further front suspension travel, making it easier to crawl over trail obstacles. In addition, the Rubicon trim uses off-roading shock absorbers made by FOX for a better ride on the trails. Another off-roading feature is the underbody protection from skid plates and rock rails.

The Gladiator Mojave is the only Jeep model to wear the Desert Rated badge instead of the Trail Rated badge. It is similar to the Rubicon trim in terms of off-road prowess but sets its sights more on the desert dunes. The Gladiator Mojave adds a one-inch front lift, high-clearance fender flares, FOX internal bypass shocks, a reinforced frame, and a front hydraulic jounce bumper.
