The two models have similar design themes, but the 2500 kicks things up a notch in terms of power and capability, offering higher towing and hauling capacities, and a sleek lineup of trim levels for drivers to choose from. For 2022, the lineup for the Ram 2500 features five trim levels, and each one has a unique lineup of features that creates a distinct theme for each model. The entire range consists of the Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Power Wagon, and Limited. Tradesman
The tradesman is up first in the 2022 Ram 2500 lineup! This model features an impressive list of standard features, including the standard engine for the lineup, which is a 6.4-liter V8 engine rated at 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. Rear-wheel drive comes standard, but 4-wheel drive is also an available option. The Tradesman is a simple and classic work truck, with features such as 17-inch wheels, a Class V receiver hitch for all your towing needs, and a seven-pin wiring harness. Inside, the Tradesman features the new air filtration system that can remove up to 95% of air particles like pollen and dust! There’s also a front bench seat, and a push-button ignition.

Big Horn
The Big Horn is up next, and this is a great option for anyone who still wants to keep things sleek and simple, while still enjoying some of the comforts and conveniences that the Ram 2500 has to offer. The Big Horn is quite similar to the Tradesman in its design, but with a few key additions. For example, the Big Horn features 18-inch wheels, a remote keyless entry system, and heated side mirrors. For better towing ability, the Big Horn also adds a trailer brake controller, and the Ram 2500 also features new LED trailer hitch lighting. Inside, the Big Horn features an 8.4-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment touchscreen complete with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, and up to five customizable user profiles.

Laramie
The Laramie follows up the Big Horn, and this is the trim level where the Ram 2500 starts to get a bit more luxurious! The Laramie comes with all sorts of unique features that elevate the driving experience for everyone on board. The Laramie has a more elegant appearance both inside and out, featuring LED headlights and fog lights, a power-sliding rear window with a built-in defroster, chrome side mirrors, and a chrome billet grille. The Laramie features acoustic front windows, as well as active noise cancellation, so that the interior stays quiet and serene. The Laramie also features LED interior lighting, leather-trimmed seats, and a heated steering wheel.

Power Wagon
The Power Wagon takes the Ram 2500 in a totally different direction than the models we’ve previously described. This time, you’ll find a bolder, sportier design complete with all the features you need to tackle your next off-road adventure! The Power Wagon has its own unique grille design, and it comes with a 90-foot WARN winch cable rated at 12,000 pounds. For added traction out on the trails, the Power Wagon features all-terrain tires, and locking front and rear differentials. It also comes with hill-descent control so that you can maintain your speed and stability, even on a steep downward incline. Other features of the Power Wagon include steel underbody skid plates, and seat inserts with a tire tread motif.

Limited
The Limited is the top tier of the 2022 Ram 2500 lineup. This model picks up where the Laramie left off, and it takes things to the next level with even more luxurious features! The Limited comes with premium leather-trimmed seats, real wood interior accents, and 20-inch wheels. It also features some upgraded tech features, including a 12-inch touchscreen for the Uconnect 5 system, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and a wireless smartphone charging pad. The Limited also has some upgraded safety features including blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert. It also has power-deployable running boards that make it easier for your passengers to enter and exit the vehicle.
